What You’ll Experience in My Workshops

Gentle movement, therapeutic shaking, and intuitive stretching designed to release tension, and stress, while supporting those with anxiety, chronic pain, and emotional blocks. These practices enhance body awareness, calm the nervous system, and promote healing, balance, and resilience.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) combine acupressure with affirmations, helping to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and regulate the nervous system.

Breath is a powerful tool for shifting our state. I incorporate techniques such as Coherent Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, and Pranayama to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, fostering deep relaxation and calming the mind.

We also incorporate vagus nerve stimulation techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, reducing tension, and supporting emotional balance and resilience throughout the practice.

Each session includes visualization and mindfulness exercises to cultivate presence, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional resilience. These practices help calm the mind, manage stress, and create a deeper connection to the present moment, fostering long-term peace and balance.

Using bowls, humming, and deep-frequency vibrations, we can stimulate the vagus nerve and induce a state of deep calm. This powerful practice promotes relaxation, balances the nervous system, and encourages emotional healing. By integrating sound healing, we enhance the body’s natural ability to release tension and restore harmony, supporting the overall healing journey.

About Me

Hi, my name is Karolina. For years, I struggled with anxiety, chronic pain, and the overwhelming weight of stress. I felt stuck—disconnected from my body, constantly on edge, and searching for relief. My healing journey led me to explore breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic movement—techniques that not only transformed my life but became my passion.

Now as a certified instructor and I help others find the same relief, balance, and resilience. My approach blends science with mindfulness, offering practical tools to regulate stress, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

I believe healing happens when we listen to our bodies and give ourselves the space to reset. If you're feeling stuck in stress, I see you—I’ve been there. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
